THE PROGRAM
The Fair-Haired Dumbbell is the first ground-up construction project in the United States to utilize crowd-invested equity through a qualified Regulation A offering. Investors who met criteria in Oregon, Washington, California, Massachusetts, and Washington D.C. were able to invest in this project, a cheery office building in Portland, Oregon. The crowd-invested tranche was $1.5M and the minimum investment was $3,000.
